We are seeking for a Manager of Product Owners to lead the team shaping our next-generation financial products.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who deeply understands how banking products work—from commercial models to operational flows—and can connect that knowledge with technical execution.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners across cards, loans, and internal platforms
• Act as the go-to expert on product functionality, business value, and operational impact
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Architects to co-design smart, scalable solutions
• Support agile, outcome-driven product development without enforcing rigid process
• Translate business strategy into clear, buildable product direction
• Have a high-impact role with real ownership and leadership visibility
