SITA is seeking a Product Manager to shape and scale digital travel authorisation solutions for governments, enabling secure traveller eligibility checks before departure and streamlined border processes. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps, collaborating with government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams to prioritise high-impact outcomes.

You will work across product, solutions, engineering, delivery, and customer engagement to ensure alignment with customer needs,

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management, ideally on digital platforms or government/identity solutions.
• Experience translating policies, journeys, and regulations into actionable requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with government customers and partners.
• Experience delivering mobile applications and mobile-first digital services.
• Hands-on approach to AI and using AI-enabled tools in daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product discovery to identify problems in digital travel authorisation and border security, using AI for insights.
• Define product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes aligned with portfolio goals.
• Translate policies and traveller journeys into prioritized product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and product owners to deliver scalable, secure travel authorisation capabilities using agile practices.
• Apply AI across the product lifecycle for analysis, risk assessment, and workflow automation.
• Build business cases showing security, efficiency, revenue, and traveller experience benefits.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams on go-to-market strategies and engagement plans.
• Support sales and tender activities as SME for travel authorisation and screening.
• Define and monitor product success metrics: volumes, conversions, approvals, efficiency, adoption.
• Continuously assess market trends and regulatory developments to identify innovations.
• Engage with global government stakeholders for real-world feedback and insights.
