Mastercard in Lisbon is seeking a Product Manager for Cybersecurity Risk & Resilience to shape our enterprise-grade cybersecurity platforms. This hands-on leader will drive market understanding, customer communication, and roadmapping for the Cyber Quant platform, leveraging AI to quantify risk and prioritize mitigations.

You will own the product vision, align stakeholders, and coordinate with R&D to deliver secure, scalable capabilities while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Ten+ years in cybersecurity including cyber risk management and CTI.
• Strong background in cyber threat intelligence (CTI).
• 4+ years in product management for B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with AI platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Influence roadmap themes, feature goals, and high-level direction.
• Build strategic business justifications for major initiatives.
• Represent product strategy to senior leadership and regional groups.
• Lead feature definition including goals and value proposition.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on cyber threat intelligence (CTI).
• Coordinate with other SMEs to validate feasibility and guide R&D.
• Meet regularly with regional leaders, customers, and partner PMs.
• Manage communications with sales/marketing for positioning and docs; ensure compliance reviews.
