SITA is seeking a Product Manager to shape and scale digital travel authorisation solutions for governments, enabling secure traveller eligibility assessment and smoother border processes.

You will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps, collaborating with government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams to deliver trusted, scalable border management through AI, automation, and digital identity capabilities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally on digital platforms or government tech.
• Experience translating policies into product requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with government customers.
• Experience delivering mobile apps or mobile-first services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product discovery to identify problems in digital travel authorisation and Traveller eligibility.
• Define product vision, strategy and measurable outcomes aligned with objectives.
• Translate policies and journeys into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, secure capabilities using Agile methods.
• Apply AI across the product lifecycle and build business cases for government customers.
• Support go-to-market, proposals and tenders with subject-matter expertise.
