Alviere is seeking a Product Manager to join a green field project, responsible for product planning and execution in collaboration with engineering and design teams. You will shape product strategy, manage backlogs, and coordinate with stakeholders to align with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product management or related fields, a CS/engineering background, and strong English communication skills. Fintech experience is a plus; join us to build scalable financial products.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant product management, design, software engineering, or analogous experience.
• Native or equivalent fluency in English.
• Experience with financial services and/or products is preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communicator, especially for technical writing and communicating concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of API programs and full-stack technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the product team to define the product roadmap
• Helping create and refine a product backlog that fits in with the overall strategy of the company
• Maintain a relationship with various stakeholders in the company to collaborate
• Working close with the developers and designers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
• Updating and maintaining product documentation

Qualifications

• Understanding of API programs, technologies across frontend and backend systems
• A passion for combining technology and business to create great products and services
• Previous experience with financial services and/or products
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong communicator, particularly for technical writing and communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Native or equivalent fluency in English

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Years of experience needed: 3+ years of relevant product management, design, software engineering, or analogous experience
