Shine is growing its Banking Foundation to support multi-market expansion across Europe. You will own the platform strategy, balance capacity across Ledger, Payment Rails, and Operations, and lead PMs across teams.

You will manage a hands-on leadership role in infrastructure, work with strategic providers, and drive architecture decisions for scale in a regulated financial environment. This role requires AI fluency and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in product, with several years on payments, core banking or financial infrastructure.
• You have shipped things where being wrong costs money.
• You have managed product managers, not only projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Banking Foundation roadmap end to end. Ledger, Payment Rails, Financial Integrity & Operations and Banking Enablement.
• Lead and develop your product teams. Hire, coach and evaluate PMs and engineers.
• Run Payment Rails as PM in the first period and plan successor hiring.
• Sequence platform capacity across the bank and decide priorities.
• Shape architecture with engineering; decide build vs buy and multi-market support.
• Deliver Denmark and the Netherlands from the platform side with stakeholders.
• Track key metrics: ledger correctness, reconciliation, payments, settlement times.
