Parvana is seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to lead customer-centric design for a global SaaS CX offering. The role is remote with the option for hybrid work or office presence, depending on the project needs.

You will collaborate across product, engineering and QA to research, prototype and deliver intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, while crafting scalable patterns and a modular design system that improves usability and efficiency.

What you will be doing:

• Spearhead customer-centric initiatives to elevate our client's SaaS offering within the Customer Experience team.
• Foster collaboration with diverse teams including product managers, analysts, engineers, and QA experts on strategic roadmap and client projects.
• Lead the entire design journey, from insightful research and prototyping to captivating UI and visual design.
• Dive deep into user research and competitive analysis to craft designs that resonate with users.
• Craft scalable customer experience solutions with an emphasis on usability and efficiency.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping a modular design pattern library for seamless experiences across platforms.

What you need:

• 5+ years UX/UI design experience, with a design-related degree and a tech-driven passion.
• Effective collaboration with engineering and QA teams, translating requirements into product features.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Atomic design principles.
• Skilled in responsive interface design across mobile and web platforms.
• Committed to lean, agile methodologies, driving continuous design improvement and innovation.
