Parvana is seeking a seasoned UX/UI designer for a remote role based in Portugal. You will drive design for a SaaS customer experience platform, collaborating with product managers, engineers and QA to shape the roadmap and deliver high-impact user interfaces.

The role covers user research, prototyping, visual design, and building a modular design system with responsive patterns across web and mobile. You should have 5+ years' experience, a design degree, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe

What you will be doing:

• Spearhead customer-centric initiatives to elevate our client's SaaS offering within the Customer Experience team.
• Foster collaboration with diverse teams including product managers, analysts, engineers, and QA experts on strategic roadmap and client projects.
• Lead the entire design journey, from insightful research and prototyping to captivating UI and visual design.
• Dive deep into user research and competitive analysis to craft designs that resonate with users.
• Craft scalable customer experience solutions with an emphasis on usability and efficiency.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping a modular design pattern library for seamless experiences across platforms.

What you need:

• 5+ years UX/UI design experience, with a design-related degree and a tech-driven passion.
• Effective collaboration with engineering and QA teams, translating requirements into product features.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Atomic design principles.
• Skilled in responsive interface design across mobile and web platforms.
• Committed to lean, agile methodologies, driving continuous design improvement and innovation.
