The Opportunity

As our business grows, so does the complexity of our operations. We are seeking a Procurement & Logistics Support Specialist to join our team and help us manage the increasing volume of tasks across Procurement, Fleet, Telecommunications, and Facility Management. This role is essential to ensuring smooth processes, timely execution, and operational excellence. We are offering a fixed term contract of 1 year.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, including pricing agreements and performance records.
  • Support supplier research and evaluation to strengthen procurement decisions.
  • Track and expedite orders, resolving delivery discrepancies or delays.
  • Coordinate transportation and delivery of goods with internal teams and external logistics providers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement and logistics reports to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain support.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, both in English and Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
