Job summary

Essity in Lisbon is seeking a Procurement System Administrator to join the Procurement Operations team and support suppliers on the SAP Business Network platform. You will guide onboarding, training, testing, and go-live activities, act as a bridge between suppliers and internal stakeholders, and help streamline end-to-end source-to-pay processes.

This international role offers exposure to procurement processes in a fast-changing environment and room to grow within our digital enablement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, procurement or supply chain.
• Initial experience in supplier collaboration, procurement, or a related operational role.
• Fluent English with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supplier onboarding and enablement on SAP Business Network.
• Provide first-line supplier support and resolve user questions.
• Engage direct procurement suppliers to ensure timely onboarding and compliance.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and support source-to-pay processes.
• Coordinate supplier, system, and process issues with IT, Master Data, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and end-user guidance.
