Grünenthal is seeking a procurement analytics professional to support Global Procurement & ESO with dashboards and monthly reports, ensuring data quality.

You will automate reporting with Power BI, analyze spend and savings, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and procurement teams to drive insights. This hybrid, full-time role in Portugal emphasizes data-driven decision-making.

Qualificações

• Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power Query/Alteryx/Think-cell are a plus.
• Experience creating dashboards/reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with SAP MM and BW; procurement experience is a plus.
• High initiative, autonomy and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/German a plus.

What the job looks like:
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Prepare, maintain and continuously improve recurrent performance reports for Global Procurement & ESO and key stakeholders;
• Develop, automate, maintain and continuously improve Procurement performance dashboards and reports using Power BI;
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on spend, sourcing performance, savings,, maverick spend, and other key procurement metrics to support business decision-making;
• Monitor, validate, and improve procurement data quality to ensure accurate reporting and reliable business insights, using specific IT tools (e.g. SpendScape);
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Controlling, IT, and external partners to align reporting requirements and support analytical process improvements.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Power Query, Alteryx, or Think-cell are a plus;
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools;
• Experience with SAP MM and BW, and in a Procurement area are a plus;
• High degree of self-initiative, autonomy and analytical capabilities;
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies and processes;
• Fluent in English. Spanish and German are a plus;
• Good communication skills; experience interacting with diverse teams (virtual, cross functional and cross cultural);
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Knowledge about Procurement processes is a plus.
