Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an academic degree in a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement and/or controlling processes is an advantage.
• Experience/knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Power BI is highly appreciated.
• Comfortable with written and verbal communication in English (mandatory).
• Proactive, good organizational and time-management skills, analytics focus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly reports by analyzing KPIs, validating purchasing data and identifying inconsistencies.
• Maintain procurement controlling databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and YTD tracking.
• Support the preparation of Payment Terms reports through monthly updates and improvements.
• Assist forecasting processes and business planning with data collection and plausibility checks.
• Support digitalization and process improvements by enabling data integrations and dashboards.
