A Agap2 Indústria está a recrutar um Engenheiro de Desenvolvimento de Processos para integrar a equipa de produção. Procuramos candidato com formação em engenharia (mecânica ou elétrica) e experiência em ambiente de fabricação, preferencialmente automotivo.

Será valorizada a capacidade de analisar dados, identificar causas raízes e propor melhorias. O regime é híbrido, com incentivos incluindo seguro de saúde, seguro de vida, formação contínua e benefícios adicionais.

Qualificações

• Bacharelado em engenharia relacionado com área de processos industriais.
• Experiência comprovada em engenharia de processos na indústria.
• Conhecimento de estatística e metodologias estruturadas (Six Sigma ou equivalente).
• Familiaridade com normas automotivas (APQP, IATF 16949).
• Habilidade de resolver problemas e comunicar conceitos técnicos.

Process Development Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Process Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector;
• Good knowledge of statistics and structured methodologies (Six Sigma or Red X);
• Preferably familiar with automotive standards (APQP, IATF 16949 – formerly TS 16949);
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
