The role involves process engineering from concept design, supporting production trials, and managing engineering change. Candidates should possess a higher education in relevant fields with at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of lean principles, and an intermediate level of English. This position is also open to candidates with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in process engineering from concept design until end of production;
• Attend and support production trials;
• Define and follow up on actions to improve production KPIs related to engineering;
• Be responsible for engineering change management (ECM), to ensure successful changes and monitor budget;
• Manage changes in tooling and equipment in serial production;
• Support the preventive maintenance of critical spare parts for tools and process;
• Manage the mass relocation of equipment of production lines;
• Work closely with Continuous Improvement team;
• Prepare PPAP parts for Quality department;
• Transfer into restocking market in EOP;
• Collaborate with all departments to pursue common goals.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Higher education in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Management Engineering or similar;
• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial environment (preferably automotive);
• Knowledge of process engineering, lean principles and PFMEAs;
• Intermediate English level (both spoken and written).
