Cloudflare is seeking a REACT Analyst / Consultant in Lisbon to respond to customer security incidents across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work with forensic analysts, threat researchers, and engineers to detect, isolate, and mitigate threats while communicating findings to executives and clients.

The role emphasizes proactive threat intelligence, crisis incident response, and the use of AI-powered analysis to accelerate pattern discovery.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in cybersecurity including 2+ years in Incident Response / Digital Forensics
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer security incidents across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality incident resolution
• Develop and implement remediation and containment strategies
• Prepare incident reports and forensic findings for executives and engineers
• Use AI-powered platforms to analyze large telemetry and identify threat patterns
