Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by local regulations.
• Minimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education.
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Sound knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and assessment skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.

Responsibilities

• Academic and Pedagogical Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
• Academic and Pedagogical Leadership: Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies.
• Academic and Pedagogical Leadership: Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
• Academic and Pedagogical Leadership: Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.
• Teaching Staff Management: Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.
• Teaching Staff Management: Identify professional development needs and support ongoing training.
• Teaching Staff Management: Lead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork.
• Teaching Staff Management: Participate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.
• Student Monitoring: Oversee students’ academic, social, and emotional progress.
• Student Monitoring: Implement support strategies for students with specific learning needs.
• Student Monitoring: Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Student Monitoring: Coordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies.
• Family Engagement: Maintain effective and timely communication with parents and guardians.

Education
