Carrier is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our Porto facility. You will follow technical blueprints and manuals to ensure correct assembly, handle electrical and manual tools, and work with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

We value accuracy, safety, and quality. Candidates should have a High School diploma, manufacturing experience, and good written/spoken English.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Industrial or Automotive sector preferred.
• Willingness to work in various conditions, including high places, confined spaces, and high-voltage equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
