act digital is seeking a skilled Power Platform professional to design and deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions in Porto, Portugal. You will collaborate with international teams to build scalable automation and data-driven solutions, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis to implementation and governance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong data modeling expertise, excellent communication, and English at B2 level or higher.

• Contribute to a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze business requirements and propose scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain applications with Power Apps and workflows with Power Automate.
• Automate business processes ranging from simple tasks to complex operational workflows.
• Provide support and continuous improvements for existing solutions.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance ETL and data integration processes.
• Promote best practices in automation, governance, and solution architecture.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Strong understanding of Data Modeling concepts and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and business insights from data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
• Availability for occasional international travel when required.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications:
• DP-Series Certifications
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience managing SharePoint Online and Dataverse environments.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and systems integration.
• Experience with Python development.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, and Azure services.
• Experience working on ETL pipelines and data engineering initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
