• 4+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
• Solid understanding of Data Modelling principles.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and data behaviours.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate findings and data insights to stakeholders.
• Autonomy, proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business requirements and propose architectural solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Automate simple and complex business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain existing solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Data Engineers, and Developers to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Apply Data Modelling principles to ensure efficient data organization and integration.
• Work with engineering teams to design scalable ETL pipelines.
• Contribute to project phases from requirements to implementation and deployment.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within an international team.

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join an international team working on automation, process optimization, and data-driven solutions.

The role involves designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Porto and Paris, and contributing to projects from requirements analysis and use case identification to implementation and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and propose technical and architectural solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Automate simple and complex business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain existing solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Developers to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Apply Data Modelling principles to ensure efficient data organization and integration.
• Work closely with engineering teams to design and develop scalable ETL pipelines.
• Contribute to different project phases, including requirements assessment, use case identification, data preparation, implementation, and industrialization.
• Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within an international team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Solid understanding of Data Modelling principles.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, seasonality, and other data behaviours.
• Experience translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical findings, data insights, and results clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 - mandatory).
• Availability for occasional short-term international travel.
