Agap2 is seeking a Power BI Administrator to manage the Power BI Service, gateways, governance, and security. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data delivery and scalable analytics.

Based in Lisbon, Portugal, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement, a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including a laptop, mobile, travel allowance, and pension plan.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience administering the Power BI Service.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and administration portals.
• Experience managing users, permissions, roles and security models in Power BI.
• Experience with Power BI Gateway configuration and connectivity.
• Familiarity with Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID administration and identity management.
• Ability to monitor platform performance and respond to operational issues.
• Knowledge of security, audit and compliance in BI environments.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and manage the Power BI Service, including Power BI Online and the Power BI tenant.
• Manage user permissions, roles and access controls across workspaces, datasets and resources.
• Monitor storage, disk space and overall platform utilisation.
• Configure and administer Power BI Gateways and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Manage tenant settings and governance policies.
• Monitor users and licences and ensure proper access.
• Oversee platform performance, health and issue resolution.
• Support security and governance controls across the Power BI environment.
• Support audit, compliance and reporting requirements related to Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet platform requirements and support needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administration and governance processes.
