Metyis in Porto is seeking a Power Apps Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our Data and Analytics team. You will design and deliver business applications using Power Apps, and implement automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline processes.

You will gather requirements from clients, translate them into scalable solutions, optimize performance, and contribute to ALM and data integrations.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of professional experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience building and configuring Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps for multi-step workflows.
• Knowledge of data models, ALM and environment solution management.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop Power Apps applications with a focus on usability and performance.
• Gather requirements from clients and translate them into scalable, Agile-ready solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform solutions and integrations.
• Help enable client workshops and promote best practices.
• Oversee maintenance and updates of deployed apps and flows.

What you will do

• Design and Develop Applications: Build intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive business applications using Power Apps and automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.

• Requirements Gathering & Scoping: Liaise with clients to scope requirements and translate them into functional, scalable solutions developed across multiple, agile sprints.

• Technical Problem Solving: Act as a key support contact for troubleshooting technical challenges within the Power Platform ecosystem, leveraging a solid understanding of Power Fx, data models, and workflow logic.

• Performance & Efficiency Optimization: Provide inputs for improving app performance, optimizing flows, and suggesting efficient data integrations and transformations.

• Best Practices & Enablement: Inculcate development best practices within the team and help prepare and facilitate client workshops.

• Maintenance & Support: Oversee the ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimization of previously deployed Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

What you will bring

• Core Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience working within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

• Application Development: Hands-on expertise building and configuring both Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Power Apps.

• Workflow Automation: Solid experience utilizing Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps to design, build, and maintain complex, multi-step automated workflows, including custom triggers and standard connectors.

• Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the wider Power Platform environment, specifically Microsoft 365 integrations and Microsoft Dataverse relational architectures.

• Integration Capabilities: Practical experience developing custom connectors, implementing API integrations, and working with Premium Connectors.

• Solution Lifecycles: Strong awareness of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment solution management practices.

• Front-End UX/UI: Keen eye for user-centric design, building responsive layouts, maintaining accessibility compliance (WCAG), and optimizing performance for high-traffic corporate applications.

• Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical deliverables.

• AI & Copilots: Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Data & Analytics: Technical proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, DAX formulas, and writing SQL queries for advanced data analysis and reporting.
