Metyis in Porto is seeking a Power BI Manager to join the Data and Analytics team. You will design visually appealing and business-ready reports, translate client requirements into technical architecture, and deliver fast, useful dashboards.

The role requires 6 to 8 years of experience in Power BI/BI design and development, leadership of a team (3+ years), and strong data modelling with Azure basics. You will also work with other BI tools and engage with executives and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 6 to 8 years of Power BI/ BI design and development experience.
• 3+ years in leading a team and coaching members.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of data modelling and basics of Azure.
• Solid knowledge of Power BI, Qlik Sense/ QlikView, Tableau, Looker or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong English communication skills.

What you’ll bring

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Power BI/ BI design and development. In leading a team (3+ years), coaching team members on technical skills, problem solving, and effective communication.

• Prior experience in customer facing role across functions is good to have.

• In-depth understanding of data modelling and basics of azure environment.

• Solid understanding and working experience of other BI tools and PowerApps.

• Profound knowledge of the English language.

• Solid experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, QlikView, Tableau, Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud).

• Strong skills on both back-end (ETL, SQL, coding, data-modeling) and front-end (dashboard’s UX/UI) sides.
