Intapp seeks a Database Administrator to implement, configure, maintain, and optimize Postgres systems across our cloud platforms while ensuring security, high availability, and consistent performance of Intapp databases.

You will collaborate with developers, security professionals, and other teams, automate maintenance tasks, monitor health, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience as a PostgreSQL DBA.
• Experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery options.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• Bash and Python scripting knowledge.

About the Team:

We are responsible for managing cloud operations for Intapp products and services, such as building, automating, monitoring, documenting, securing and managing all infrastructure, and database systems. The team interacts and works cooperatively with development, product management, professional services and other teams and provides expertise that promotes constant performance and improvements for our products.

Position Overview:

The Database Administrator is responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical Postgres systems. The main goal is to ensure the security, availability and consistent performance of Intapp platforms.

What you will do:

• Assist senior DBAs with configuring and maintaining database servers and processes
• Assist developers and software engineers with SQL querying and optimization
• Basic troubleshooting, communication and administrative skills
• Basic performance tuning and troubleshooting knowledge
• Monitor system’s health and performance
• Automate regular database maintenance processes

What you will need:

• 1+ years of experience working as a PostgreSQL DBA.
• Have experience of High Availability and Disaster Recovery options.
• Have experience with performance tuning, and optimization.
• Bash/Python script language knowledge.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Individually motivated, and a good team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
