Inspired Education Group, Palmela, is seeking a qualified Portuguese as a 2nd Language teacher for St. Peter's International School. You will deliver engaging lessons, support student literacy in Portuguese literature and culture, and prepare students for academic success in an international setting.

The ideal candidate will be a native or near-native Portuguese speaker with strong English communication, classroom management, and experience integrating technology into teaching.

Qualificações

• Experience teaching Portuguese as a First Language/Native Language, preferably in an international school.
• Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese; strong English communication is desirable.
• Proven ability to use educational technology to support learning.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Portuguese lessons tailored to native speakers.
• Assess, monitor, and record student progress with constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment and manage classes effectively.
• Collaborate with languages department to develop resources and schemes of work.
• Participate in staff meetings and school events; support pastoral care for students.
