Foundever is seeking a talented Business Analyst in Lisbon to own budget, forecast, and FP&A reporting aligned with company policies. You will lead planning cycles, review meetings, and create SAP-based reports, while supporting month-end close and data-driven decision making.

The role requires Portuguese (native/proficient) and strong English, with advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and a collaborative, autonomous mindset for a hybrid work setup in Santos, Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of Portuguese is mandatory.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a large set of data and reports.
• Ability to meet deadlines and corporate requirements.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced PC skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work a hybrid model from Santos, Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual Strategic planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
• Lead regular review meetings with stakeholders monthly and quarterly.
• Create and review FP&A reports using SAP and year-to-date analysis.
• Support month-end close process.
• Ensure reports are accurate, clear and value-added.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the business.
• Develop models to support decision-making.
