Qualificações

• Content Moderation: Review text, image, and video content to enforce guidelines.

Your Daily Impact

• Content Moderation: Review text, image, and video content to enforce community safety guidelines and digital standards.
• Platform Security: Investigate user reports regarding policy violations, account issues, and digital safety concerns.
• AI Training & Operations: Classify data, evaluate AI system responses, and supply high-quality input to improve online platform safety.
• User Support: Assist global users via chat, email, and occasional outbound calls regarding system policies and account inquiries.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Portuguese (C1+) and strong English (B2/C1) for training and team communication.
• Experience: 1–3 years in BPO, content moderation, customer service, or tech support in fast-paced settings.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Typing speed of 30+ WPM (85% accuracy), strong decision-making, and comfort navigating social media platforms.
• Resilience & Awareness: Ability to objectively handle sensitive or complex online content with emotional maturity and high cultural awareness.
• Education: University degree in any field preferred (open to equivalent practical experience).
