CB Talents in Athens is seeking a Content Moderation & Digital Safety Agent for Portuguese speakers. You will review text, image, and video content to uphold community standards, handle policy inquiries, and assist users worldwide.

The role offers complete relocation support to Athens, a monthly food allowance, well-being services, and clear opportunities for cross-skilling and fast-track promotions based on performance.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1+) and strong English (B2/C1) for training and team communication.
• 1–3 years in BPO, content moderation, customer service, or tech support in fast-paced settings.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 85% accuracy and ability to navigate social media platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Content Moderation: Review text, image, and video content to enforce community safety guidelines.
• Platform Security: Investigate user reports regarding policy violations and account issues.
• AI Training & Operations: Classify data and provide high-quality input to improve safety.
• User Support: Assist global users via chat, email, and occasional outbound calls.

• User Support: Assist global users via chat, email, and occasional outbound calls regarding system policies and account inquiries.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Portuguese (C1+) and strong English (B2/C1) for training and team communication.
• Experience: 1–3 years in BPO, content moderation, customer service, or tech support in fast-paced settings.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Typing speed of 30+ WPM (85% accuracy), strong decision-making, and comfort navigating social media platforms.
• Resilience & Awareness: Ability to objectively handle sensitive or complex online content with emotional maturity and high cultural awareness.
• Education: University degree in any field preferred (open to equivalent practical experience).
