Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Portuguese Customer Support Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in Portuguese and English.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle product/service questions, order inquiries, returns, billing, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the support system (CRM).
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer support best practices.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese EU native and strong B2 in English.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
