Russell Tobin is seeking a Country Manager for Portugal to lead recruiting operations and scale our presence in the market. You will drive strategic development, manage a recruiting team, and deepen client relationships while delivering high-touch staffing solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in contract recruitment, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Portuguese. You will partner with global teams to expand our Portugal business and ensure compliant, best-practice delivery across

Qualificações

• 8+ years’ experience within contract / temporary recruitment.
• Likely been a Recruiter, Client Services Consultant or Account Manager with operational experience gained in Portugal.
• Proven track record of success in maintaining client relationships and exceeding recruiting goals in the Portuguese market.
• Knowledge of Portuguese employment law.
• Experience of managing contingent workers in a compliant and world class fashion.
• Experience directly managing a team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally across a national practice.
• Fluent English and Portuguese language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the recruiting operations for Russell Tobin within the Portugal market.
• Develop existing global client relationships and identify new business opportunities to effectively expand the Portugal business.
• Ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates within the team’s focus areas.
• Ensure each candidate has a high touch and positive experience.
• Connecting with clients to problem solve, offer feedback and create solutions for their recruiting needs.
• Continue to evolve and create recruiting best practices.
• Leading team and individual training and development for new and existing recruiters.
• Drive to meet business development and hiring goals, whilst elevating team members to achieve their own.
