FreshStart UAE in Porto, Portugal is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to actively seek new opportunities, present and promote products, and build lasting customer relationships in a competitive market. Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

English fluency is required, Portuguese is preferred. Base salary is $1000 per month plus commission, with room to grow based on performance.

Formación

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English (Portuguese fluency is preferred).
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door visits
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through various channels such as email, phone calls or social media
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
• Continuously improve through feedback from customers and colleagues
