MapleGroves in Porto, Portugal is seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. This contract role covers day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting and support of our network and systems infrastructure.

You will install and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and servers, monitor security, apply updates and backups, and collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure reliable operation. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualificações

Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
In-depth knowledge of network and systems administration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

Maintain and monitor network security to protect against cyber threats.
Install, configure and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches and firewalls.
Perform routine maintenance on servers, including updates, patches and backups.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues for LAN and WAN environments.
Provide technical support to end users regarding network or system issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
Document network configurations and changes for future reference.
