Job summary

Apex Elite LLC is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead a high-performing Porto team. This hands-on role requires 4+ years of team management experience and a proven track record of delivering valuable applications and services to customers.

You will mentor engineers, run Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-managed and outcomes are met. The office-based role requires 3–4 days on site per week in line with the hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM/CS or related field.
• Proven experience leading software teams in Agile environments.
• Strong coding ability in C# and React, with a hands-on style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software engineering output of the team and mentor direct reports.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other teams to meet customer expectations.
• Review projects, manage performance, and ensure quality through testing.
