You will present proposals to senior committees, structure financing with banks, and mentor junior colleagues, requiring fluency in English and Portuguese and strong Power BI/Excel skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, strategy consulting, or real estate investment management.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
• Proven experience in structuring financing solutions and interacting with banks and investors.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of VBA, Python, or data tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Power BI
• Fast Lane (PowerPoint optimisation tool)

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic oversight of an investment portfolio, ensuring performance against business plans and KPIs.
• Identify value creation opportunities and drive strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present investment and strategy proposals to senior management and investment committees.
• Act as a key contact for financing activities, structuring and negotiating with banks and financial partners.
• Support new investment processes, including due diligence and underwriting, ensuring robust and data-driven business plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to support informed decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of strategic objectives.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Strengthen relationships with investors, consultants, and financial institutions.
