A leading B2B service provider in Lisbon is seeking a candidate to provide technical support tailored to SMBs. Responsibilities include assisting advertisers, resolving technical issues, and offering white-glove support across multiple channels. The role features training, a gross monthly salary of 1295 EUR, and various benefits including private health insurance. The position requires flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts.
Role overview: Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
Training program and compensation: 92.80 per week, 15 working days (8 hours per day) conducted in English.

The company offers living in a room in company-rented apartments for at least the first 14 months. Apartments are fully equipped and furnished, including kitchen, living room with cable TV and wireless internet; all expenses are paid by the company (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet within responsible use). Apartments are typically 20–60 minutes away from the workplace. On arrival, bedsheets, pillows and a towel are provided.
Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday to Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts, 2 days off per week. Days off are assigned by the shift manager; shifts are communicated 4 weeks in advance to help with planning.
As you sign a Portuguese employment contract, Portuguese public holidays apply. If you work on a public holiday, you will receive a compensation day to be spent later with project consent.
In the first year, you are entitled to prorated vacation up to a maximum of 20 days depending on the sign month. In subsequent years, 22 days per calendar year (subject to long-term leaves).
1-month trial period applies. Temporary contract with potential for renewal and permanency.
