You will review user-generated content, ensure it meets platform policies and legal standards, and maintain accuracy while meeting latency and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Polish native level and English at least B2 required.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain high accuracy within latency and quality metrics.
• Escalate content or issues per internal procedures.
• Stay updated on moderation guidelines and policy changes.
• Support content safety across media types and work in shifts.
