Bosch Service Solutions S.A. is seeking an on-site automation technician to support production lines with PLCs, robots, and related systems. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and pursue continuous improvements across complex equipment in a multinational environment.

The role requires hands-on experience in automation, fault finding, and PLC/robot programming, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Health insurance and career development opportunities are available.

Qualificações

• Technician or degree in Automation / Mechatronics / Electronics / Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial automation.
• Experience with fault finding in real production.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience in PLC programming with Nexeed Platform.
• Experience with Beckhoff PLC.
• Experience in robot programming.
• Analytical thinker able to work in cross-functional and international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support for production lines to ensure PLCs, robots, and automation systems run with minimal downtime.
• Focus on troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and solve failures in PLCs, robots, sensors, and drives.
• Analyze root causes and implement permanent fixes.
• Modify PLC programs and reprogram robots for new requirements.
• Improve cycle times and overall reliability of systems.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Support line upgrades or changes and assist operators and maintenance teams.

Job Description

• Provide on-site technical support for production lines, ensuring that PLCs, robots, and automation systems work reliably with minimum downtime;
• Focus on troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement;
• Diagnose and solve failures in PLCs, robots, sensors, drives, etc.;
• Analyze root causes and ensure permanent fixes;
• Modify PLC programs (logic adjustments, improvements);
• Adjust or reprogram robots for new requirements or optimizations;
• Improve cycle times or reliability;
• Propose and implement process improvements;
• Support line upgrades or changes;
• Support operators and maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Technician orDegree in Automation / Mechatronics / Electronics / Industrial Engineering
• More than 2 yearsof experience in industrial automation;
• Experience with fault finding in real production;
• Experience in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams;
• Experience in PLC programming with Nexeed Platform;
• Experience with Beckhoff´s PLC;
• Experience in robot programming;
• Proactivity to act independently and flexible to adapt to different environments;
• Good communication skills and ability to think analytically;
• Able to work in cross-functional teams and international environment.
