Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Game Producer: Platform Games in Portugal. You will oversee end-to-end development and launch of accessible, short-session games across digital platforms, coordinating internal and external teams, and guiding live operations.

You will lead Agile processes, manage production risk, track performance metrics, and collaborate with platform partners to ensure timely, high-quality releases across multiple titles in an international setting.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience as a Game Producer or Associate Producer, preferably within casual, mobile, browser, or platform gaming.
• Proven experience managing the complete game production lifecycle and shipping titles with internal or external development partners.
• Working knowledge of Unity and HTML5 game development pipelines, including production workflows and platform technologies.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, scheduling, and managing deliverables in an active production environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple titles and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating platform partner launches, submissions, technical requirements, and certification processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external studio and vendor relationships, monitor delivery commitments, and address timeline and production risks.
• Comfort working with dashboards, revenue metrics, player engagement data, and other performance indicators to inform decisions about game releases and improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different time zones.

Aufgaben

• Own the full lifecycle of multiple game titles, from strategic planning and concept development to production, testing, launch, and live operations.
• Develop game strategies, evaluate concepts, and pitch new titles and IPs for the portfolio.
• Coordinate internal teams and external studios to maintain alignment, resolve blockers, and deliver projects on time.
• Lead Agile and Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, production schedules, and roadmap tracking across titles.
• Maintain production trackers and dashboards with clear visibility into status, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage relationships with platform partners, overseeing submission processes, requirements, and launch certifications.
• Coordinate external studios and vendors, manage production expectations, and work with legal/licensing teams for IP rights and approvals.
• Monitor KPIs like live game count, revenue per daily player, and engagement; provide weekly performance reports.
• Identify production risks and develop mitigation plans; oversee release management for successful launches.
• Explore emerging distribution channels to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
• Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to prioritize improvements and inform production decisions.
