Continental is seeking a Platform Engineer (DevOps / DataOps) to build, automate, and operate our enterprise data and AI platform. The role focuses on secure, scalable, self-service cloud solutions for data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver business value efficiently.

While data platform experience helps, the primary emphasis is on platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation, governance, and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Academic degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud or Infra Engineering.
• Strong cloud-native architecture knowledge.
• Azure (preferred) or AWS experience.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Git-based development workflows proficiency.
• Lakehouse exposure (Databricks, MS Fabric, Snowflake) is a plus.
• Networking, security, identity management, and cloud operations basics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure/Policy as Code using Terraform.
• Develop reusable platform services and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
• Establish platform automation standards and engineering guardrails.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform and application deployments.
• Implement monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational dashboards.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
