Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications.
• Knowledge of different types of plasters and their applications.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them for application of plaster.
• Mix plaster to desired consistency and apply it using appropriate tools such as trowels or spray guns.
• Create decorative finishes by adding textures or patterns to the plaster.
• Repair damaged areas of existing plasterwork.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on scaffolding or ladders.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
