O candidato ideal tem mestrado em áreas técnicas, experiência com ferramentas de gestão de requisitos (Jama/Doors) e boa proficiência em inglês, trabalhando num ambiente internacional e dinâmico.

Qualificações

• Mestrado relevante (CS/IT/Engenharia) é obrigatório ou equivalente.
• Experiência com gestão de requisitos é útil.
• Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de requisitos (Jama, DOORS) desejável.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze e synthesize requisitos entre níveis de sistema e componentes.
• Documentar requisitos usando o método 4C com rastreabilidade.
• Conduzir revisões de requisitos e facilitar discussões com a equipa.
• Otimizar processos de engenharia de requisitos e promover boas práticas.
• Apoiar auditorias de requisitos no domínio de software e gerir alterações.

Job Description

At Bosch eBike Systems, we are looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking Requirements Engineer to join our innovative team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of eBike systems. In this exciting role, you will:

• Bridge the gap: Elicit, analyze, and synthesize requirements across system, component, and domain levels to ensure a holistic understanding of our product vision.
• Craft clarity: Specify and meticulously document requirements using the 4C Method, ensuring precision and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Champion quality: Lead and moderate requirement reviews, fostering collaborative discussions to refine and validate specifications.
• Drive efficiency: Continuously optimize and evolve our requirements engineering processes, implementing best practices to enhance overall team productivity and product quality.
• Ensure compliance: Support and contribute to requirements audits within the software domain, upholding our commitment to excellence.
• Manage evolution: Proactively manage change requests, assessing impact and guiding effective implementation.
• Full lifecycle ownership: Oversee and manage software requirements from initial concept through to validation, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
• Leverage modern tools: Utilize industry-standard tools such as Jama and Doors (Next Generation) to manage complex requirement sets.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, Electronics, Physics, or a comparable technical field.

Experience & Know-how

• Familiarity with programming languages like C++, Python and AI application is a plus. Solid understanding of Software Engineering principles, Battery Systems or comparable component is nice to have.
• Strong analyticalskills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a keen eye for detail in debugging and issue resolution.
• Experience with requirements management tools like Jama and DOORS Next Generation.

Languages

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for our international team.
