Haworth International in Queluz is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and plant facilities. You will diagnose issues, repair equipment, and ensure safe, reliable operations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, with strong reading of drawings and electrical diagrams, and good teamwork and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Technical degree or vocational qualification in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or industrial maintenance.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and plant facilities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime and support operations.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and follow SOPs to ensure reliability.
• Complete and maintain maintenance documentation, work orders and inspection reports.
• Support facility improvement projects and layout modifications.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and relocation of equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors and ensure safety and site compliance.
• Inspect meters, valves, and facility systems for safety and maintenance standards.
• Engage in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
