Skytech, an aircraft maintenance provider based in Lisbon, is seeking a Planning Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. You will oversee technical documentation control, ensure up-to-date revisions, and support internal procedures.

Fluency in English and strong planning skills are essential, along with knowledge of aeronautical legislation (EASA Part 145 preferred). The role involves coordinating line station openings, auditing support, and service agreement preparation to maintain airworthiness.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of the legislation applicable to the aeronautical sector, in particular to EASA Part 145.
• Familiarization with manuals and technical documentation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Planning Specialist to join our team in Lisbon.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control of technical documentation, contributing to the aircraft safety and airworthiness.
• Reception, verification and distribution of Technical Documentation, ensuring the revisions used are up to date.
• Preparation and updating Internal Procedures.
• Monitoring and participation in the opening of Line Stations process.
• Certification Staff Lists updating.
• Preparation and distribution of Circulars.
• Preparation of service Agreements between Operator(s) and this AMO.
• Monitoring and participation in Internal and External Audits.

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
