Mobipium is a performance marketing agency in Lisbon seeking a driven Performance Media Buyer to manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will analyze campaign data, collaborate with clients on strategy, and bring creative, data-driven ideas to improve performance.

The role emphasizes a hybrid setup with flexibility and a startup vibe. You should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads, plus strong Excel skills and curiosity about digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or similar.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads OR Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Ads Manager is a big plus.
• Analytical mind and drive to deliver results.
• Curiosity about marketing and digital advertising.
• Excellent Excel skills a big plus.
• Creative, energetic and comfortable with AI tools.
• Great communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Managing and optimising campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
