Planet is seeking a People Partner to act as a strategic internal partner for managers and staff in the region. You will advise, coach, and support in line with the company’s software and payments solutions.

You will build trusted relationships, support the full employee life cycle, and implement HR measures locally while aligning with global policies. The role requires strong communication, local labour law knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as HR administrator or generalist.
• Solid knowledge of local labour law and employment practices.
• Experience with HRIS / ATS; Workday is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented; team player.

Role Overview:

As People Partner, you act as a strategic internal partner to our managers and employees in your region. You bring local expertise to advise, coach and support them, in line with our ambition to become a true leader in software and payments solutions.

What you will do:

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees and act as a sparring partner on all operational and strategic HR matters.
• Support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Implement global and central HR measures, policies and processes locally, in line with local legal, contractual and personnel requirements.
• Make sure HR processes and methodologies are clearly communicated, understood and applied.
• Handle disciplinary and employee relations matters, such as warnings and redundancies.
• Work closely with other local HR teams, Global HR and central HR Services.

Who you are:

• 5 years of proven experience as an HR administrator or generalist, or in a similar HR role.
• Solid knowledge of local labour law and employment practices.
• Experience with HRIS / ATS. Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proactive and creative, keen to propose solutions.
• Team player.
