As a HR/People Operations Manager (m/f/d) at Flix, you will make an impact by delivering comprehensive HR operations support to our employees in Portugal and the UK. Reporting to the Team Lead People Western Europe and as part of a lean, fast-paced, and international team of four, you will ensure operational excellence, optimize processes, and support our people as we scale and shape the future of mobility. The role is based in Lisbon.

About The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for our employees, people partners, as well as authorities and insurances for questions concerning pension scheme, company benefits, contract management
• Actively participate in the preparatory payroll process and contribute your knowledge in an active exchange with our payroll partner and also support our employees with your expertise
• Manage all HR processes from employee entry to exit of a support area (e.g. handling of contract management, questions around onboarding as well as preparation of references); with the help of your experience you drive forward the optimization and automation of these processes
• Keep track of all HR master data in our HR management tool Workday as well as in our HR files and ensure their availability, timeliness, and quality
• Partner with our leaders and employees to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc.)
• Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (partner with legal department as needed)

About You

• Ideally with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, high-growth organization
• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or other related fields of study
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese labour law, UK labour law is a plus

• Proactive, committed, team-oriented and attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese and English: a third language is a plus
