Reporting to Head of People Operations with dotted line to Local HR Head, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading our People Operations service delivery with a strong focus on employee experience and engagement. You will ensure the accuracy, compliance and efficiency across employee lifecycle, delivering consistent and high‑quality People Services.
As a key contributor, you will support the development and implementation of the Global People Operations strategy, organization and governance, by streamlining HR processes, leveraging technology, enhancing overall efficiency and delivering measurable business impact—while shaping the future of People Operations at Ferring.
