A global logistics company in Portugal is seeking a People Advisor to manage HR-related inquiries from employees and managers. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR and 1-2 years of related experience. Responsibilities include resolving queries, managing HR data in Workday, and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English is essential.

In this role you will act as first point of contact for employees across APMM Brands and take ownership of managing each HR related query to conclusion in order to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
Key responsibilities
Your role as a People Advisor will be to solve the HR-related queries of our employees and managers in Portugal, Spain, France and Maghreb cluster, and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience.
Saying that you should be customer-oriented is an understatement: we need you to be passionate about employee experience! You have high energy and drive and efficiently manage the resolution of every employee query.
