WTW is seeking a Pension Brokerage Analyst in Lisbon to administer pension funds and support data processing, affiliate communications, and cross-country collaboration. You will handle recurring tasks, ensure data accuracy, and prepare payments while collaborating with consultants across regions.

The role emphasizes tight attention to detail, strong English and German language skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and methodical approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with standardized recurring tasks / processes within the team.
• Processing of business transactions such as new affiliations, upload of new data or changes; checking of client data, calculation of contributions, preparation of payments, treatment of leavers / retirements; prepare files for consultants.
• Act as a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
• Documentation of conducted process step.
• Support implementation of new customers in our pension administration system.
• Demand-oriented use of the respective WTW admin tools as well as MS Office applications for efficient customer management.
