Aubay Portugal is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to support payments solutions for major clients across banking and finance. You will investigate issues, draft responses in English, monitor production, and automate tests.

Working in a hybrid model with training and career progression, you’ll prepare procedures, propose improvements, and help recover operations after incidents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a demanding, agile environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar support-oriented role.
• Strong knowledge of J2EE and Angular.
• Proficiency in SQL, Bash, and Python for troubleshooting, analysis, and automation.
• Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
• Proven experience investigating and resolving production incidents in complex, multi-technology environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve client issues within the payments functional scope, drafting responses in English.
• Manage production monitoring, anomaly tracking, and test automation for the assigned functional area.
• Prepare operational procedures and manuals to facilitate effective support of the payment processes.
• Identify and proactively propose corrective or preventive actions for potential dysfunctions in the area of responsibility.
• Request and execute bug fixes, including the documentation of corresponding acceptance tests.
• Restore operational conditions after incidents, developing recovery scripts or programs as needed.
