NextWave Publications in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Architect for a part-time role, overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that design solutions meet their requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage architectural projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress of construction projects.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices to provide innovative design solutions.
